Empower FitLab offers classes for every level of fitness with attentive and experienced instructors to guide you on your journey.

Lab Sessions

Lab Sessions are a 45 minute workouts focused on building strength and conditioning. Each session will target a specific muscle group, through interval training, leading to maximum body transformation.

During each group session you will get personal attention to help you achieve your EMPOWERment.

Fees: Monthly fees from $99/mo to $125/mo based on individual plans.

Spin

At Empower, our spin classes are a unique rhythm based, high intensity, total body workout. Through curated playlists, intentional resistance and pace changes, you’ll get your fun cardio and total toning in one! Spin classes are included in your membership
